Working as part of a small team, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong numerical ability to develop within a challenging and rewarding environment.

You will provide financial support for all aspects of both fixed and variable service charges, including budgeting and accounting for the costs of service provision. Liaising with residents and staff across the organisation regarding costs and service charges; you will work with the Housing, Development, Leasehold and Property Services teams to ensure provision of service charge data, participating in the setting of service charges for new schemes.

Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accurate recording of service charges to our systems (Agresso, Capita and Excel spreadsheets). The ability to use Excel to an advanced level is required (eg pivot tables, formulae).

You will have gained experience of working in a relevant finance administration or accountancy role, and possess the necessary organisational skills and initiative to make a positive impact within this position.
