Description
My client, based in the banking sector in Brussels, has the following requirement for a mid-level systems engineer.
This role will require a basic knowledge of numerous operating systems:
- Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, VMWare ESX
- Sun Solaris 10, Solaris zones (virtualisation)
- Sybase 15
- Oracle 10g
- WebSphere App. Server and IBM HTTP server
- Citrix PS4, XenApp
This role is that of a general IT specialist whose principle function is to document dataflows between the various application Servers being used.
Please note this is not an architecture role but pure documentation-related tasks.
