Description
A Wintel Analyst with knowledge and experience around Microsoft Infrastructure Scripting, Active Directory, Citrix & data migration is required to join a major programme of work for a leading IT Solutions Company in Dublin.
As the Wintel Analyst, you will be joining an infrastructure team, based mainly around the Microsoft platform. The role requires a good core understanding of Wintel architecture, but also a broader range of skills including data migration and performance monitoring etc.
The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in some of the following areas:
- Microsoft Infrastructure Scripting (VBScript, Robocopy, Batch files, AD GPOs, Login scripts)
- Active Directory (Group Policy, Login script etc)
- Citrix (XenApp 6.5 & 5, Citrix UPM would be ideal)
- Knowledge of Access databases and Excel Spreadsheets
- Data migration experience (robocopy would be ideal)
The role of Wintel Analyst is required for an immediate start for an initial 2 month contract. Rate negotiable up to an expected £450 per day.
