My client is a national leader within the banking and financial services space, they require a Business Improvement Manager to join there team of dedicated change professionals.

They currently have 13 projects underway and have scope and sign off for another 35 projects that need to be delivered by the end of 2014, therefore they are looking to bring a manager on-board for an initial 12 month contract that will be rolling.

You will lead process excellence project teams, managing budgets and multiple work streams, this is very much a project driven environment so preferably the successful candidate will have both projects and BAU experience.

Requirements:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Lean Accreditation
  • Experience managing and leading team
  • Project experience, any experience as a Project Manager is highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
