- Extensive knowledge of git at administration level, Shell Scripting, unix/linux
- Good knowledge of Perl
- PreferablyClearCase Administration
- Preferably Ruby and Bundler
- Preferably knowledge of C/C++/Makefiles
Deliverables:
- Prototype git and ClearCase based Software Configuration Management (SCM) environment for modular development
Job/Role Description:
My Client has a very large software development environment and in order to improve efficiency there is a need to split up the software archive into independent modules.
For this we require a software developer/technical designer specialising in SCM systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of a SCM modular archive structure (working environment) based on Git and ClearCase with Scripting and integration into the existing environment.
