Pro activeResponsibilities and allocations:
Monitor execution of technical aspect of projects, and serve as the point of contact from technical team for all technical deliverables and resource issues for the areas they are made responsible. (50%)
Work with newly appointed technical experts to set up processes in that specific technical domain, for example, determine Case Tools to use, testing tools and coverage, IDE (integrated development environment) consolidation to help reduce the instance needs for project build. (20%)
Work with Development and Deployment manager to evaluate and set-up outsourcing and vendor relationships and processes. (30%).
