Service Framework Design Manager with h ands on experience in the implementation of Service Management Transformation. The Service Framework Design Manager requires e xpert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice (ITIL V3 Expert Qualification).
Essential Skills
- Hands on experience in the implementation of Service Management Transformation
- Expert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice (ITIL V3 Expert Qualification)
- Experience in the direct management of IT Service Operations - with direct experience of Cloud Based delivery models
- Experience of working with outsourced suppliers and supplier relationship management
- Experience in managing Service transformation workstreams and/or projects
- Experience of managing complex service provision environments utilising Cloud Computing delivery methods
- Expertise in the development and implementation of IT systems support and procedures..
- Experience in developing and managing customer relationships at senior levels
- Oral and written communications skills of the highest quality
- Expertise in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff at all levels
- Strong collaborator and facilitator with the ability to engender collaboration and teamwork in others
- Strong organisational skills - including Matrix management.
