Service Design, Service Transition Manager required. Expert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice Especially Service Design (ITIL V3 Service Design Lifecycle Qualification strongly preferred as a minimum. Experience of working with outsourced suppliers and supplier relationship management and have e experience in managing Service Design work streams and/or projects.

Essential Skills

  • Broad experience implementing managed IT services for business customers
  • Expert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice Especially Service Design (ITIL V3 Service Design Lifecycle Qualification strongly preferred as a minimum)
  • Experience in the direct management of IT Service Operations
  • Experience of working with outsourced suppliers and supplier relationship management
  • Experience in managing Service Design work streams and/or projects
  • Experience of managing complex service provision environments utilising Cloud Computing delivery methods
  • Expertise in the development and implementation of IT systems support and procedures..
  • Experience in developing and managing customer relationships at senior levels
  • Oral and written communications skills of the highest quality
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff at all levels
  • Strong collaborator and facilitator with the ability to engender collaboration and teamwork in others
  • Strong organisational skills - including Matrix management
