Service Design, Service Transition Manager, ITIL V3, ITIL Version 3
Service Design, Service Transition Manager required. Expert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice Especially Service Design (ITIL V3 Service Design Lifecycle Qualification strongly preferred as a minimum. Experience of working with outsourced suppliers and supplier relationship management and have e experience in managing Service Design work streams and/or projects.
Essential Skills
- Broad experience implementing managed IT services for business customers
- Expert knowledge and experience of ITIL version 3 best practice Especially Service Design (ITIL V3 Service Design Lifecycle Qualification strongly preferred as a minimum)
- Experience in the direct management of IT Service Operations
- Experience of working with outsourced suppliers and supplier relationship management
- Experience in managing Service Design work streams and/or projects
- Experience of managing complex service provision environments utilising Cloud Computing delivery methods
- Expertise in the development and implementation of IT systems support and procedures..
- Experience in developing and managing customer relationships at senior levels
- Oral and written communications skills of the highest quality
- Expertise in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff at all levels
- Strong collaborator and facilitator with the ability to engender collaboration and teamwork in others
- Strong organisational skills - including Matrix management
