Our client is a financial services organisation based in Republic of Ireland.

The assignment

An contract Operations Manager is required to develop a new complaints function. You will be responsible for designing and developing the complaints strategy including training processes, systems accessibility other general operational processes.

The role will manage a large team of complaint handlers, approximately 50 FTE. As the team grows, you will be required to improve processes and will be tasked with ensuring high quality productivity.

This is a delivery focussed, operational level role involving a high level of staff management responsibility.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background gained within a financial services complaints market.

You will have a proven track record of developing and designing a complaints function within a financial services business. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate staff management experience.

Reporting into the senior management team, you will play an integral part of growing the team from an operational perspective.
