HR Business Partner to provide robust HR and Recruitment into a Bank's Customer Contact Centre. You will have responsibility for planning, delivery and implementation of HR Projects, including significant Recruitment and Retention project work, together with reward and L&D projects to help the transition of the business to a new operating model within their Customer Contact/Complaints Centre. The role will be based from their London office.
Your background will include significant experience working in a Bank's Contact/Complaints Centre/Operations Centre on Recruitment and Retention, together with Learning and Development, and Reward projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures along with managing the impact of these important changes for a high volume Bank administration or call centre and then the subsequent Implementation of these projects.
This role is based in London and may have some travel to other sites (any travel to other locations will be expensed).

Initial 6 month assignment
This role will be paying £300per day
