Description
We are looking for an experienced UI designer to help us bring to life wireframes for an online portal we are creating for our customers.
The Online portal will be for all of our customers. Once live, we plan for the service to allow merchants to manage most every aspect of their business without having to be on location. It should be easy enough to use that no manual is necessary but provide great amounts of functionality at the same time.
The wireframes have been created and will be given to the chosen designer for reference. However, we are counting on your UI experience and if you see something that should be placed somewhere else for ease of use or visability, we want you to tell us why we should change it.
We need a designer who has an extensive UI design background and we want to see portfolios that reflect that. Your portfolio will be the ulitmate deciding factor. We want someone who has experience with creating and using media kits with modern, clean UI elements. We need all of this done for this project - colors, buttons, menus, pop ups.
The purpose of this project is to find the right UI designer. In order to so, we want to see what you can create for us. If we feel you are the right fit for our team and the project, you may be hired to complete the entire project. Therefore, if selected for this job, you will be given 5-6 wireframes to work on. Completed designs will be reviewed and if we like what we see, you may be hired for the complete job.
It is also important to mention that our team looks for long term relationships with designers. We are always looking for go to designers for the multiple projects we are continuously working on.
Job Requirements
Extensive UI Experience is a definite.
Strong portfolio with UI design pieces. Media kits a plus.
Must be on Skype and available during the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, est. weekdays. Must also be flexible to be available additional times if neccessary.
Must be available to work on Basecamp.
Must be willing to sign an NDA.
