Forming part of the central graduate recruitment team, and with specific responsibility for recruitment marketing, this role leads and manages the effective recruitment of high quality graduates into our client.

Summary and Key points:

1. Reports to Graduate Marketing manager with specific responsibility for core graduate marketing projects including by not limited to:
a. Project Management of all aspects of the Ultimate Field Trip competition;
b. 2013 spring campaign on core campuses in the UK;
c. ownership of content & distribution of termly e-newsletter
2. Responsible for our client's online presence sourcing content for and monitoring activity on all social media channels as well as monitoring the graduate website and project managing updates
3. Advises graduate resourcing and campus team colleagues on the appropriate application of marketing collateral on campus and use of graduate branding guidelines
4. Maintains, anticipates and applies knowledge of competitive market trends and graduate attitudes
5. Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external contacts and suppliers

Required Competencies Skills and Knowledge

*Demonstrable experience of building relationships across a large, Matrix organisation
*Experience of planning and implementing marketing campaigns
*Knowledge of attracting and selecting high calibre graduates
*Familiar with best practice Resourcing activities and processes
*Bias for action and history of delivery against timelines and within budget constraints
*Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
*Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt standard solutions
*Exercises wise decisions - Ability to lead decision making to assure fair and defensible employment decisions
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to analyse statistics and create useful, insightful reports with recommendations for future changes
*Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
*Good communicator with ability to interface across levels
*Strong team player - able to engage and motivate others. Willing to work flexible as schedule demands.
*Demonstrates success in managing and coaching others to get results.
