Description
Regional Project Co-ordinator required for a great long term contract opportunity in Chennai, India. Our client requires a regional project Co-ordinator to work with our client's organisations and the Managed Service Provider in the delivery of the fixed line telephony and contact centre operations and technology within the region. They will report to a dedicated Regional Project Manager. The role of the Regional Project Co-ordinator India is to assist the regional Project Manager and to work with the regional client organisations to ensure the successful transformation of all regional Service Locations to time, quality, scope & cost.
Responsibilities:
- To track the delivery of site information
- To identify and co-ordinate on site contacts for site questionnaire completion
- To co-ordinate the deliveries of information from the client centre sources to supplier regional project teams.
- To assist the Coordination and completion of site questionnaires with on-site contacts & supplier
- To track the status of regional LAN/WAN Moves and Changes requests
- To track the status of the regional execution of a PTT Letter of Agency
- To support the agreement of installation and cutover dates
- To raise internal Change Control Notification for installation and cutover activity
- To support the coordination of resources for installation and cutover activity as required
- To receive notification of successful cutover
- To participate in the Transformation Acceptance
Mandatory skills:
- Proven track record in Project Coordination and Administration of Telephony projects and project documentation
- Proven track record in working within multinational projects
- Experience of working with Managed Service Providers
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communications skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience
