Description:
Provide Cisco Firewall and VPN support, as well as LAN switching and routing support and configuration; Provide end user voice system/phone support; maintains and updates telecom infrastructure including but not limited to Cisco PIX/ASA, Cisco VPN, and Cisco Load Balancers
Required Experience:
- 5 years Data Network and Voice systems support experience
- Cisco ASA/PIX Firewall configuration
- Cisco IOS command line interface
