Description
Tasks:
- Provide support to control the budget and resources for a large IT department. You will work in closely with Finance and senior management in IT.
- Monitor the monthly spend, internal (FTE) and external (contract) staff man-days for IT department;
- Report actual versus budget spend to the Head of IT on a monthly basis;
- Analyse the gaps and justify to the Cost Centre managers as appropriate;
- Support the monthly/quarterly forecasting exercise, focussing on a realistic forecasting of the costs, FTE's and man-days up to year end;
- improve tools & workflow.
Skills& Experience:
- You must have minimum 3 years experience in an HR or financial or cost controlling function;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Language: English. Not essential but either French or Dutch will be a plus.
