Forecasting and Modeller required for an immediate start (12th November) for a 6 month contract based at a major public sector organisation in Wakefield. The daily rate being offered is £.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- A background in forecasting and capacity modelling for large contact centres.
- Expert in erlang FTE modelling and intraday forecasting and excel and workforce planning tools
The successful candidate will begin the role circa. 12th November 2012. Due to the quick turnaround period of the role, applicants must be available immediately.
Previous experience in public sector/nhs organisations will be desirable
