The role is to identify the 'As is' reporting management flow and optimize it towards a semi-automated solution. You will consolidate service review reports and all dashboard reporting (trending, billing invoicing, penalties ).
The client is a major telecoms provider based in Brussels. Their services have a national impact in Belgium.
You will manage recurrent and non-recurrent billing/invoicing/penalties/claims streams. You support Customer Service Managers, manage third parties and take care of documentation portals as well as internal departments related to reporting (using a standardised reporting template).
Candidates with high skills in MS Access will be at an advantage.
