Tangent International are currently seeking a Cisco Support Engineer for a contract based in Mexico.

SOFT-SKILLS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
Professional and positive telephone attitude
Good analytical skills
Proactive individual
Confidence and presence to deal with customers, suppliers and colleagues at high level
An understanding of product specific designs utilising IP, IP VPN MPLS, xDSL, Voice, VoIP, wLAN
A working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies utilising CISCO equipment.
A working knowledge of security technologies, Firewall, Proxy, IDS, IPS.
Working knowledge of network management tool sets eg HP Openview/CA-Spectrum/NetQoS
Ability to define and meet deadlines and targets
Very good team player
