We are currently recruiting a team of Senior Case Assessors with previous financial services experience and specifically with SME market/business banking knowledge and the products sold to these customers. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of interest rate derivatives (IRD).
The role will involve liaising with both internal sales and loans departments, understanding the customer profile, collection of data relating to the customer and to the products that have been sold to them. You will be required to think outside the box in order to gather information in line with FSA guidelines on this customer initiative.
You will be required to liaise with key stakeholders within the organisation in order to complete your review, therefore strong communication skills are essential.
This is a complex business review that will require a logical and resilient approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to interpret data against FSA guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to illicit key extracts of information. Candidates will be able to demonstrate resilience and self-motivation because although you are part of a team, you will be required to manage your own workload.
Training will be given at the start of the contract but you will be expected to get up to speed quickly in order to achieve set targets.
You MUST have previous financial services experience specifically within SME market/business banking and knowledge of products and services sold to these customers.
This is an initial contract of 6 months and is paying £300 per day.
