World leading Biopharmaceutical plant based in Europe currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced Risk, Planning & Change Control Manager.With a recent investment of ?100 million they are currently undergoing a number of large scale expansions, development and de-bottle necking projects and as the `Risk, Planning & Change Control Manager` you will be playing a key role in the ongoing Programme Management activities to set up new projects and `resources management processes` & tools based on best practices.
The `Risk, Planning and Change Control Manager` will be a member of the Engineering Team, playing a key role in the ongoing Program Management activities targeting to setup new project and resources management processes, tools and guidelines based on best practices.
You will also be involved in developing and implementing risk management and change control processes for strategic capital projects as well as supporting the ongoing change management efforts to help the organization move successfully from existing practices to the newly implemented ones.
Responsibilities will include :
Responsible for developing and setting up risk management and change control processes and implementing them across ongoing projects
Educate and Train the project leaders on new risk management and change control processes
Responsible for leading and facilitating risk management workshops for key capital projects
Monitor and manage risk and change control logs
Work with the project scheduler to link risk management activities into projects schedule
Support the ongoing change management efforts by supporting the rollout of the new program management practices and tools
Update monthly dashboards with applicable project risks and change control activities
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong experience in setting up project controls on major capital investment projects
Experienced with risk management, and change control processes setup, implementation and rollout on major capital projects
Experienced with leading change management efforts in large organization
Third level qualification in a Science/Engineering/Business discipline
Good understanding of project lifecycle from start to finish on multi-disciplined projects is essential
Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical / Bio industry essential
