Our client is a Federal Government Agency undergoing substantial change and requires the services of an experienced and capable Change Manager. They are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team for a contract until June 2013, with a possible extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Detailed Impact Assessment
  • Business readiness Assessment
  • Implementation Adoption report
  • Assisting with the improvement of the existing change management processes.
  • Communicating information around changes to stakeholders
  • Transition plan
  • Post implementation review.

Required skills:

  • Thorough knowledge and experience in Change Management.
  • At least 2 years hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes
  • strong communication skills
  • Baseline or higher security clearance.
