Job Description:
- Installation and daily service on end-customers systems, done remotely from the customer's office.
- In collaboration with the consulting department, configuration and adaptation of surveillance for current jobs.
- Communication with customers in connection therewith.
- Solving performance problems, in order to independently solve such tasks for customers.
- Smaller programming tasks, testing and maintenance of software in collaboration with the development department.

Competence Requirements:
- Experience from helpdesk or support function in larger installation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center or similar enterprise management system.
- C and UNIX - experience from other operating systems, programming languages and platforms.
- Effortless English in speech and writing.
- Knowledge of programming, database administration, network, system monitoring, change management, service level agreements, electricity. or similar is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a supporter who can also serve as a Performance Consultant - that is, a hard-core performance specialist, with a particular emphasis on networking.

To be considered for the project, the applicant must have at least 5 years of professional IT experience and be in possession of a valid work permit. We do not provide visa sponsorships.
