Description
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, has a requirement for an experienced Technical Business Analyst.
About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst you will be required to develop Microsoft office 2003 and liaise with stakeholders to meet the timelines. You will also be involved in supporting ad-hoc requests from the business.
- A Business OR IT professional with experience in using business acumen to define/deliver technology based solutions
- 2-3 years problem solving, root cause analysis, defect management & resolution delivery
- 3-4 years VBA (Office 2003)
- Knowledge of 3270 and 5250 emulators.
- Experience with working in a core system Production environment (understanding of risks, managing customer information)
- Strong interaction skills to illicit the required information from the end-user
- Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline or IT stream is preferred but not essential
