About the Job:
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to be brought on for a full time 1 year contract opportunity in Waltham.
Job Responsibilities:
Host guests and visitors, provide callers with information, handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
Facilities Management:
- Order supplies as required for the automated office equipment and by the sales managers, account managers, and system engineers for customer meetings
- Serve as the main interface with the sales office's vendors and suppliers
- Provide hospitality services as needed by the sales management and staff for customer events both onsite and off-site across New England
Administration:
- Schedule conference calls, customer events, webinars, and travel arrangements for the sales management and staff
- Provide additional contact with customers on events, office equipment on loan, and other matters related to customer satisfaction
- Support the sales management and staff with maintaining the status of customer activities and business results
- Work with the local sales staff and the off-shore proposal center to develop customer deliverables including presentations, event invitations, and sales proposals

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- expert
Audio, Web, and Video Conferencing - familiarity and/or limited experience
CRM and Groupware tools - familiarity and/or limited experience

End Date: 1 Year Contract
Location: Waltham, MA
Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm
It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record
