SAP Test Manager - Belgium
Contract Length: 6 months +

RESPONSABILITIES
-The test manager will be part of the functional SAP team for EPS.
-Oversee both project level and release level end to end regression testing.
-Ensure leads are assigned for regression testing for each business area/project
-Coordinate with and gather input from all domains to gain a high level understanding of regression testing needs for each of the business areas and projects.
-Learn the EPS data flow and end to end business processes to be able to develop a test strategy, set the requirements for writing scenario's, validate the scenario's and the required data set.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-3+ years release level testing experience
-Ability to develop a test strategy and define the required scenario's and data set to perform the tests
-Ability to understand complex business processes
-Ability to lead and motivate a testing team
-Strong facilitation, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills
-Team oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priority activities while managing to set deadlines
