Infrastructure Security Consultant - Spain
Infrastructure Security Consultant with Security gap analysis - IS27002, ability to perform information security risk assessments/identification/management and management and delivery of networking and infrastructure service requests is required to join a leading Consultancy firm working for a major Financial Services organisation in Spain.
Background
This individual must have knowledge of Security Gap analysts - IS27001
They must speak fluent Spanish and English
They will have a proven track record of performing information security risk assessments, including managing and delivering network and infrastructure requests
Responsibilities
This key role, reporting into the infrastructure services manager, requires a knowledgeable and proactive individual to perform the following duties;
- Perform information security risk assessments/identification/management
- Security gap analysis - IS27001
- Management and delivery of networking and infrastructure service requests and providing logical solutions
- Provision of input to infrastructure strategy development (including proposals, disaster recovery etc)
- Assistance with network and infrastructure issues at 2nd/3rd line level on an ad-hoc basis
There will also be the requirement to manage relationships with software suppliers, implementers, support teams and user/project groups to a senior level. The successful candidate will also be part of deciding/delivering policy and process changes and will be a key decision maker in vendor selection and contract termination/renewals.
A good working knowledge of IT infrastructure and security is required for this role. It's preferable that you have an understanding of Prince2 Methodology and ITIL frameworks.
The role will be based 2 days a week in Madrid and 3 days a week in Northern Spain. Applicants must speak both English and Spanish. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented technologist with strong language skills to work for one of the most exciting Financial Services organisations to date.
