*Marketing Communications Support*
An excellent 1 month initial contract has become available working for a Major Financial Organisation of ours for a Marketing Communications Support.
An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Communications team within Retail Savings. Working within a small team, you'll support the delivery of effective customer communications
Key Responsibilities
To work with the Senior Campaign Manager to deliver key messages to our customers (including financial statements and regulatory information) working to agreed budgets and deadlines.
To develop and produce creative material for campaigns by liaising with internal and external suppliers, (such as actuarial and legal teams internally and creative agencies and mail houses externally) to deliver campaigns.
To work closely with product, customer servicing and distribution channels, to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
Take responsibility for literature managed through the approvals process demonstrating competence in line with the Training and Competence Scheme.
Ensure that all websites are up to date and compliant with all product changes and new developments to ensure customers and advisers have up to date information.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, providers and suppliers to ensure communications are delivered in a timely manner.
Provide administrative and marketing support to the Customer Communications team including print and stock management, budget management and invoice payment as well as keeping and co-ordinating team records
Skills Required
Knowledge and experience in the delivery of marketing communications and production processes.
Pensions or Financial Services background is highly desirable.
Experience in a marketing communications role.
