Want to work for one of the most dynamic, creative environments in the world and become part of the entertainment and communications revolution? One of the UK's leading pay-TV providers is looking for anInternal Communications Manager to work on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Job Purpose

To develop and deliver innovative communication plans to engage people in customer/content/internal marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on the customer facing audience - contact centre advisors, engineers and Retail advisors, to help bring to life and embed the company message. This role requires a creative flair to develop new ways to engage and excite our staff with marketing campaigns. This could include anything from Intranet articles, to product demos across 20+ sites, to large scale print campaigns or experiential activity. This role will both develop and execute plans, working collaboratively with the wider team, and taking ownership for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver communication plans to engage people in marketing, customer and corporate initiatives, as well as on specific projects.
  • Linking with the external marketing calendar, take external propositions and internalise to ensure that staff fully behind our new products/proposition/marketing campaigns.
  • Projects may involve anything from delivering an internal marketing campaign to bring to life a new product/service, or educating staff on the strategic importance of our content proposition, to BAU campaigns that need to be refreshed.
  • Develop strategy and approach for each campaign to ensure the plans hit the agreed objectives and engage internal people in the right way
  • Working in the Internal Comms team, you will collaboratively work with the wider Internal Comms team to translate and deliver internal campaigns for all audiences, developing a specialised knowledge of customer facing channels.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

  • Communications professional with experience within large or complex organisations.
  • Experience in managing/delivering complex projects
  • Ability to develop and align messages
  • Ability to work with confidence in a complex environment, managing many different stakeholders and competing priorities to maximum effect
  • Excellent written skills

Desirable:

  • Ideally a degree/diploma in a relevant subject, ie Business Management, Communications, HR, Marketing
  • Creative Flair
