For our clinet in Den Haag, the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Service Manager with Quality Assurance Managment experience.

Start ASAP, this month.for at least 6 months.

The department is responsible for delivering what is promised to our customers, by defining and monitoring the quality of the network, services & devices.
It is doing this by performing continuous analysis and undertakes action by enforcing the necessary improvements to manage the service life cycle within Technology.
Next to this, the department also ensures the agreed quality from a customer's perspective is delivered within the introduction of new products and services and secured in the post launch phase.

In this unit, Service Management is responsible for the continual identification, management and review of the levels of services specified in the SLAs.

The team has overall responsibility to manage the service catalogue and life cycle (incl. usage and costs) of the provided Services.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The requested position is mainly focused on the instruction of new products and services and the securing quality of services in post launch phase, end-to-end.
The client is looking for someone to be involved from the start of new projects: requirements phase. Here, the candidate will define SLA's for quality purposes and monitor the quality throughout the project's progress. For example make sure design is compatible with initial requirements and otherwise look into alternatives within the SLA's. You will look at how the product/service/solution will be supported, monitoring and safeguarding performance and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of office and applications is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES:
Technical background.
- Experience or knowledge of Network and IT processes.
- High experience in setting requirements and embedding quality in projects
- Experience in supporting business processes. Focusing on the quality of the existing services, launching and implementing continuous service improvements, incident and change management.
- Experience in IT Office Environment, cloud services, outsourcing and organizational change process and programs.
- Experience in analysing and implementing continuous service improvement programs
- Experienced people manager, effective decision maker, customer focused and cost conscious.
- Telecom Experience.
