SAP Device/Customer Service Functional Consultant
SAP Device/Customer Service Functional Consultamt required for 12 months, to provide support services on SAP (ERP 6.0) ISU & CRM (4.0/7.0) in the Supply SAP ISU Support Centre.

Requirements

- Perform Incident and problem resolution, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible
- Carry out Impacting, Estimation and Implementation of Change Requests/Enhancements
- Monitor and drive improvements to the system/batch performance
- Documenting procedures and processes of the system where necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Demonstrate strong task management and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well on a team and be self motivated.
- Must be available to work on-site/near-site as required by Technology Solutions.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of the Retail Electricity & Gas Markets, in the North and South in Ireland on the supplier side is desirable
- Implementation/support experience in the Retail Electricity and/or Gas Market in Ireland is an advantage.
- Experience working with software applications Quality Centre & Open Pursuit is preferable.
- At least 5 years ISU functional experience in the following areas:
- Device Management/Meter Reading,
- Device Technical Master Data,
- IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange),
- Customer Service (ISU ECC 6.0 & CRM 4.0/7.0)
- Maintenance of Switch Documents, Customer Interactions Centre, Front Office Processes & Service Orders
- Knowledge of ISU 6.0& CRM 4.0 Middleware and BDOC processing.
- Hands-on experience in configuration of Workflow & organisational structures.
- Maintenance of the configuration of Master Data Generator Templates.
- Knowledge of CRM Customer Contacts, Enquires and Complaints.
