We are looking for one of our Client an IT Support Analyst to be based in Paris.

Job summary:

Provide Technical support to customers on standard operation of core systems, analyses inquiries, determines appropriate technixcal area or vendor to resolve problems; Consults with senior analyst when the appropriate course of action in unclear; follow up on specific inquieries or request to ensure user and customer satisfaction; participates in project execution and quality assurance as requiered; prepared or participate in the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase and end user support and training documentation. Source if escalation from all areas of the business; performs administration of support process and procedures. End User/New hire training as needed; Assistes ub rge administration of support processes and procedures.

Provide daily IT Service- and Support for all Deskside hardware- and software implemented within the heterogeneous Microsoft
Windows environment- such as Laptops/Desktops/Blackberries, MS Office, telephones, printers, meeting support etc.
Accept cases from work queue, conduct second level support and escalations from 7x24 x365 support center.
Ensure that SLA attainment targets are met.
The support is primarily provided to French affiliate and commercial Sales Forces users.

Assist in successful Client Service project execution.
Will assist the Sr. IT Analyst with executing IT projects in France, ensuring IT solutions are implemented with features- and
functionality as expected, in a timely, coherent, cost efficient manner, in close cooperation with other functional IT stakeholders, as
well as shared resources within the following areas; Network Ops, Telecom Ops, Server Ops, Deskside, Training, Ongoing project
participation would pertain to a variety of local Client Service implementations and upgrades (Client OS, Hardware Tech Refreshes,
various other HW/SW related deployments).

Knowledge & Skills
  • Has practical, up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Demonstrates systems analysis, troubleshooting and documentation skills
2-4 Years Experience Languages: ideally French and English
