An exciting opportunity is currently available in Alicante for a CA Clarity Expert. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Service Provider.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Deliver:

A current status analysis

  • Establish the current tool version
  • Determine the degree of customisation
  • Perform a detail analysis of the customisation
  • Tools Setup Analysis

A customisation analysis

  • Establish the Industry best practices and vendor recommendations for this specific COTS application
  • Establish the differences between the best practices and recommendations and the current customisations done by the  Client
  • Risk analysis

An upgrade analysis

  • GAP analysis between the current version and the last version
  • Define the new functionality that could be on the Client roadmap
  • Recommendation Upgrade
  • Establish the incompatibilities that the current customisation can generate in a future Upgrade
  • Establish the effort required to do the Upgrade
  • A roadmap definition for sanitising this specific tool

Specific requirements:

  • Experience as a developer and solution architect
  • Extensive knowledge of CA Clarity, experience with the following modules:
  • --- Project Management
  • --- Team Management
  • --- Task Management
  • --- Status Report
  • --- Risk Management
  • --- Ideas
  • --- Resources
  • Sufficient knowledge to define a migration roadmap to latest release version or to next unreleased version
Language requirements:
  • Very good English (oral/written)
This position is offered as a temporary contract with a duration of 3-4 weeks.
