This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Telecom Operator as a solution design/Business Analyst role within the a Fixed Line ( FMC ) Project based in Doha, Qatar

The Solution Design Architect is accountable for developing Fixed Line solutions to meet the needs of existing and potential clients, based on the clients` service catalogue offerings. Working closely with the Sales teams, design team and key stakeholders to develop and analyze the fixed line solutions with customers, from initial opportunity through the Design cycle to successful handover in to the delivery phase.


As a solution architect / Business Analyst focussing on the Fixed Line roll-out and upgrade project activities your main responsibilities will involve:

-Using their Fixed Line technology expertise to qualify and solution design the Fixed Line offering
-Following a consultative engagement methodology with customers, to understand and define the business, technical and service requirements for opportunities
-Acting as Solution Design Authority for the fixed line solutions, configuring innovative solutions based on service catalogue offerings
-Ensuring that all proposed solutions can demonstrably meet the customers` requirements, ensuring operational sustainability with financial integrity.
-Managing the production and delivery of solution documentation and supporting commercial models to support the overall bid process

Desired Skills & Experience
As a solution design architect your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

-Proven track record of designing and delivering Fixed Line Solutions for large clients
-Experience of liaison between business stakeholders, operations and technology teams within customer organisations
-Extensive knowledge of Fixed Line / FMC principles, technologies and product offerings
-Proven knowledge of and extensive experience of Fixed Line projects as a Solution Architect and Business Analyst
-At least 8 years of Telecoms experience within Fixed Line Technology as either a Business Analyst or Solution Architect
-Excellent customer relationship management skills across all levels of customer organisations
-Strong presentation, written and communication skills
