Duration: Long-term

KMM is looking for a SAS 9.2 Data Analyst with SAS Administration and DataFlux skills for a long-term federal project in Washington DC. KMM offers competitive salary and benefits.

Data Analysis
o Utilizing Base SAS, SAS/ACCESS to Oracle, Enterprise Guide, DataFlux, and/or DI Studio
o Develop an understanding of the customer's data environment through data profiling and statistical analyses that inform the development of predictive models.
o Execute complex SQL queries of large Oracle table(s) efficiently. (Note: Advanced command of SQL is important - beyond just simple PROC SQL commands in SAS to include perhaps something like Toad or Oracle SQL Developer.)
o Conceptual understanding of - and/or prior experiences related to - data profiling, fuzzy matching, entity resolution, and signal detection theory (specifically with respect to SD theory: designing and improving upon systems that monitor, minimize, and balance false positive and false negative outcomes).
o Prior experience with DataFlux dfPower Studio required.
o Experience with Enterprise Miner, and a specialized SAS enterprise solution (ie, SAS Fraud Framework) helpful, but not required.

SAS 9.2 Platform Administration
o Use Management Console to add users, register tables, and other basic administrative functions.
o Install client SAS applications to other users as needed from a software depot.
o Troubleshoot technical issues on a 3-tier Windows server environment and Windows desktops.
o Document changes to system as needed.
