Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant for an exciting global assignment in Cracow within huge international organisation.Location: Cracow, PL
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (+ extentions)
Skills & requirements:
1) Should be able to configure based on the design document and a good knowledge of the quality processes and be able to perform unit test/SIT based on test plan/cases
2) Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes:
* Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Time Management
* Personnel Development, Training & Event Management and Recruitment
3) Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: Benefits Management, Travel Management
* ESS & MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution
* Payroll Accounting
* Integration with other SAP modules
4) Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR/Payroll processes:
* Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Payroll Accounting, Time Management
5) Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes:
* Benefits Management
* Interface to SAP FI/CO Module
6) Knowledge of Polish will be a plus
