You will be supporting the Integration Manager for the Global Commercial Business.
The GC has a make up of 6 distinct Portfolios. With many activities and Initiatives being undertaken for the whole of GC, An Analysis is required to co-ordinate and collate these activities across all portfolios.
Tasks:
Service Reporting
Staff Engagements (organising and hosting of webcasts)
Change Management for OLM Portfolio
Ongoing Transitional Items
Process Owner - Communications (Incident, Problem, Change etc.)
Team facilitation
Licence and Maintenance Management (Document Management)
Co-ordination of common info (Sharepoint ownner)
Technical Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of ITIL processes
IT background - experience in integration activities
understanding of Application Support requirements
