Reliability and Maintainability Engineer required to perform the below tasks:
Monitor reliability and maintainability progress towards achievement of SRD requirements by carrying out analysis of RDT results.
Prediction of future reliability attainment based upon reliability growth analysis.
Provide justification to support Reliability and Maintainability Claims.
Maintain effective DRACAS system to meet client requirement for visibility of identification of Root Cause and Corrective Action.
Analysis of field failures to support operational reliability levels of achievement and comparison with RDT performance.
Support in providing technical analysis of Warranty Claims.
Support to engineering in the identification of Root Causes and advice on what data is required to close out each failure incident.
Support Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) as required by Engineering.
Maintenance of component reliabilities and maintenance frequencies for input to the Master Reliability and Maintainability database (Logistic Information Repository (LIR) and support spares ranging and scaling exercises.

The successful candidate will have the below skills:
A technical background - Degree/HND/HNC level/Engineering Apprenticeship.
Experience of undertaking R&M Analysis and documents outputs within a LSAR.
Good written work skills- experience of technical report writing, advanced level MS EXCEL and MS POWERPOINT.
Knowledge of MOD maintenance strategies and supply support chain.
Self motivated and caring about others.
Good team member qualities.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting procedure.
