This leader in their field require a Learning and Development Manager to support a growing international business (5,000FTE in London and Iraq). Based in the Middlesex area with travel to Iraq you will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic people challenges of this growing business unit. The business unit itself is part of a global FTSE with significant backing.
Individuals must have significant international best practice learning experience. In addition to this individuals must be accustomed to working in global Matrix organisations. Finally individuals must have some exposure the engineering or oil and gas field.
