Ihre Aufgaben:
- You are responsible to maintain the business relationship between IT Demand and IT Supply (Service Demand Management, Service Level Management, Business Relationship Management)
- You secure capturing of New Demands and translate them in to valid agreements
- You secure agreed services are done according to agreements
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experience in SLM and SLM Frameworks
- Knowledge in Customer Satisfaction, Service Reporting and
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to travel
