Description
To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills and experience
* Knowledge and experience of various manufacturing techniques and processes
* Experience with FMEA
* Knowledge and experience within a machine shop environment
* Experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement.
* Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Competent in the use of the Microsoft Suite of programmes
The following skills and experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Experience in New Product Introduction and/or experience as a cell leader.
* Project Engineering or Management
* Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
