Engineer - Systems Integration and Test Team Leader - Defence SystemsLocation - SW London
Rate - DOE - but between #37-45 per hr
A superb , long term interim opportunity for a proven engineering Team Leader to support a major defence engineering programme at my Client's SW London HQ. The remit of this position is to direct all test , integration and shop floor infrastructure to support the Programme Test milestones. You will
monitor contract requirements ensuring adherence , as well as ensuring milestones , schedules and budget targets are met.
Engineering Team Leader - Skills and Experience Required -
- A background in systems engineering or systems integration in the defence, aerospace or marine sector (although other high tech systems engineering
environments may be relevant)
- You will be Security Cleared , or able to get Cleared quickly.
- A successful Team Leader or 'hands-on' Project Manager- ideally with experience of overseeing either Test and Integration or systems engineering teams.
- Available at relatively short notice (within 3-4 weeks)
- Happy to "roll your sleeves up" and get involved in technical integration/infrastructure work
- Experience working in an Defence , Aerospace , Navel engineering environment is highly desirable , although other engineering sectors considered for strong PMs.
