Key responsibilities:
* New supplier validation audits
* Sourcing support
* Supplier Advanced Product Quality planning
* Launch support (high impact suppliers)
* Existing supplier surveillance audits
* Supplier development activities
* Supplier performance monitoring
* Managing customer specific requirements
* Supplier 8D support and verification
* Technical assistance to current suppliers
* Schedule and conduct field action/stop shipment reviews in cases of supplier responsible concerns
Position Requirements
* Deep knowledge of current best practice in Quality Systems
* Excellent understanding of TS16949
* Extensive knowledge and experience of key quality tools
* 8D
* APQP
* PPAP
* FMEA
* MSA
* SPC
