Must haves:

* Ability to hand code JavaScript
* Strong jQuery
* Strong CSS (CSS3)
* Semantic HTML (HTML5)
* Agile /TDD

Nice to have:
* Backbone / angular / knock out / ember
* Handlebars / mustache
* Require.js
* Node.js
* Jasmine
* Responsive design
* TDD
* Free marker (general Java environment)
* GIT
* Java web frameworks (Spring MVC)
