Mobile Identity Lead Business Consultant / Programme Manager, Mobile Telecoms, central London, long term contract, market rates. Exciting opportunity for Mobile Identity Lead Business Consultant / Programme Manager to work for global leading Mobile Telecoms Organisation. The Mobile Identity Programme is global in scope and was initiated to ensure that member Operators are well positioned to understand and unlock the potential that electronic and mobile identity can offer the industry and its consumers. This includes being aware and prepared for the opportunities and challenges resulting from existing and upcoming regulation and legislation pertaining to electronic and mobile Identity.The role of Lead Business Consultant will involve taking full responsibility for and ensuring success of all Operator-led field projects that are undertaken. This will involve concept development, scoping, tasking, developing and maintaining relationships for delivery of a varied project portfolio. It will also require management of three field-based Business Consultants.
Criteria for Selection
* Professional project management experience essential
* Experience within mobile telecommunications
* Experience of electronic identity
* Ability to demonstrate sound judgement when managing issues and formulating solutions
* Ability to build effective strategic working relationships for the benefit of the Programme
* Evidence of high quality delivery in complex and challenging environments
* Highly professional comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
* A relationship builder, able to represent and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, partners and suppliers
* Experience of working in an international environment, working with geographically dispersed teams
* Strong analytical skills
* Smart, collaborative, outcome focused
* Willingness to travel on an international basis

Responsibilities:
-Manage a three-person field-based team
-Analyse business requirements and translate these into project deliverables
-Lead a portfolio of projects and delivery to time, quality and budget
-Develop thought leadership on Mobile Identity solutions
-Oversee delivery of case studies and best practice, arising from field projects
-Apply appropriate processes and methodologies according to project specifics
