Web Analytics skills and experience with preference for Adobe (Omniture) skills; technical web experience

You will need:

Proven web analytics experience, working in the e-commerce division of a large scale consumer retail organisation; exploiting web analytics and optimisation tools such as Adobe (Omniture), Coremetrics or Web Trends to drive performance improvements.. Proven online channel performance reporting experience, including report design.

Highly analytical, with the ability to analyse and interpret web traffic data; extrapolating trends and identifying issues and potential improvements to the web site content, transaction processes and campaigns.

About the role:
* Accountable for analysing web traffic across our client's website using web analytics and site optimisation tools and making recommendations to improve transaction conversion and customer service; in addition responsibility for the day-to-day management of the tools, users and tagging.
* Pro-actively analysing traffic flows/paths, marketing campaigns, conversion funnels and drop-off points across Nationwides web sites, to understand customer behaviour and optimise conversion and customer experience; identifying issues and making recommendations for improvements.
* Development, production and distribution of standard reports, KPI packs and senior management dashboards. Design and production of ad hoc reports using suppliers data warehouse tool.
