Change, Change Manager, Agile, Scrum, Scrum Master, Senior Change Manager, Banking, Financial, Agile Environment, Agile Techniques, Agile Development, DSDM.I am looking for a Senior Change Manager to work for a World leading financial organisation located in Northampton for an initial 6 months contract.
You will be a Change Manager with strong skills in Change Management, Agile, Scrum, Agile Scrum Master and a recent banking or financial background.
You will have good knowledge of project and change management and be able to demonstrate proof of delivery over several years. Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and strong contracting skills, influencing and negotiating.
Technical skills:
- Experience of Scrum Master role on an agile project (ideally 1-2 years experience)
- Clear grasp of agile, iterative development and agile techniques, preferably Scrum and DSDM.
- Experience of planning in an agile environment and backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
- Experience of working for a large organisation (including working in a matrix structure including management of offshore teams).
- Ideally also experience of working for the financial services industry.
