For a world class organisation, we are currently looking for a functional application support analyst to work closely together with the business/users of the Simcorp application, Dimension. Our client seeks an individual who can work on supporting project implementations and assist in bringing projects/applications into production. You will have close contact with the business by providing functional support of the application, provide user training and make sure incident and change requests are dealt with in an efficient manner. You will be a communicative individual who has the ability to align business with IT, has ITIL experience and demonstrable experience of supporting the Simcorp Dimension application.
