Senior Systems Engineer required for long term contract work in Aberdeen.Successful candidates should have a relevant degree (or equivalent)
Ideally be Chartered. Engineers who have not achieved chartered status but who have demonstrated knowledge and ability to work at this level over an extended period may be considered
Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of control and instrumentation design and analysis
Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of offshore and onshore control and instrumentation systems and legislative requirements
Must be familiar wth software used for control and instrumentation system design and analysis
Must have current offshore certification
Must have significant expereince gained within a similar role in the North Sea offshore oil and gas industry, working with an engineering contractor or operator
Must have experience in directing and coordinating teams of instrument engineers and designers, and monitoring their work
