A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Project Leader to manage investment projects in its sterile injectable drug production and packaging facility.
The Project Leader will be responsible for ensuring for the start-up of production processes by installing new production equipment and using decommissioned equipment on other parts of the site.
Role:
- Coordinating investment projects for new production equipment - including design, construction, commissioning, validation and start-up
- Handover of finished projects to production and maintenance dpartments
- Project planning, budgeting and reporting
- Working with department and resourcing managers to support the staffing of projects
- Maintaining the communication structure with internal customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
Key Experience:
- Leading pharmaceutical engineering projects from design (conceptual, basic and detailed) through to validation and start-up
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements
- Experience with project management systems (MS Project)
- Able to manage teams independently
- Experience solving technical problems
Education:
- Degree in technical / engineering discipline
- High standard of Dutch and English
