Description
The QS Duties will consist of the following duties:-Preparation of final account measures for fabric reactive & quoted works using NSR.
Preparation of pre-measures on quoted works using NSR.
Provide contract technical support to Administration
Undertake site visits to ensure accuracy of larger quoted and re-active final account measures.
Assist with preparation of Monthly Application and audit packs
Work proactively to reduce current level of contract WIP.
Engage with client Quantity surveyors on queries and withdrawn accounts.
To carry out any other duties commensurate to the role.
The candidate:
You must be Qualified as minimum to HNC/HND level in Quantity surveying or recent graduate
Previous experience in working with NSR or PSA schedule of rates is essential in construction industry.
Diligent highly numerate with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
